These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between Fachai88 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the online gambling platform operated at fachai88.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any applications or services provided thereunder.

Fachai88 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling and sports betting platform. The platform offers services including, but not limited to, casino games, slot titles, live dealer table games, sports betting (covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events), lottery games, crash games, and related promotional services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By creating a User account or by continuing to access the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions:

• Clicking the "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox during the account registration process;
• Completing the registration form and submitting it to the Company;
• Accessing the Platform and using any of its Services after the effective date of these Terms or any subsequent amendments thereto.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific terms of the relevant promotion shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The use of our Platform by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or from a jurisdiction listed on our Restricted Countries list as published on the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of the Company or any of its associated business entities, game studio partners, or payment service providers.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
6. Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, your date of birth, your full legal name as it appears on official identification, and a valid Malaysian mobile number or equivalent contact detail.

The Company operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gambling obligations. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal of Funds from your Account, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Acceptable identity documents include: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), a valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification documents as accepted by the Company's compliance team.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits may also be required. For example, a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, or CIMB Clicks account showing your registered name.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or source of funds, particularly for high-value transactions or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of non-compliance, account closure.
• All submitted KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are processed for the sole purpose of identity verification and regulatory compliance.

The Company processes KYC submissions within 1 to 3 business days under normal conditions. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified via your registered email address of the outcome of your verification.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not apply foreign exchange fees on MYR transactions. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — compatible with all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and AmBank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online.
• DuitNow and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Account in real time under normal conditions. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on the processing bank.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in order to comply with AML obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 3 business hours for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and 1 to 3 business days for bank account transfers.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is approved.
• The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, bonus abuse review, or document verification process.
• Any bonus-related wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.

The Company offers various promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement specifying the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's specific terms page.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The full game contribution table is published on the promotions page.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin, round, or stake is as specified in the individual promotion's terms, typically not exceeding RM 50 per stake. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in their individual terms — commonly 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold or void winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, collusion between Players, arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional structures, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and exploitation of technical errors.
• Non-transferability: Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or shared with any other Account or third party.

By placing bets or participating in any game on the Platform, you agree to comply with the applicable rules for each game or betting market. The following general provisions apply:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. The Company is not liable for bets placed in error by the User.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, bets in progress at the time of the error shall be voided and the corresponding stake returned to the Player's account balance, unless the game outcome was determined prior to the error.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void bets on any sporting event or casino game where there is evidence of irregularity, match manipulation, or data integrity issues.
• Sports betting results are settled based on the official result at the end of regulation time, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules (e.g., overtime rules for basketball, extra time/penalty shootout rules for football cup competitions).
• All slot and table game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The Company does not manipulate game outcomes and the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate to the best of the Company's knowledge as provided by the respective licensed game studios.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. The Company reserves the right to adjust bet limits at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain without reporting them to the Company;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider;
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's backend systems, databases, or security infrastructure;
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating as an agent or reseller of Platform credits or services;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

Fachai88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that online gambling, like any activity involving financial risk, can lead to harm for some individuals. The following measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous platform use.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary self-imposed break from the Platform, available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, your Account remains open but all access to gambling features is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, longer-term exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team via the email address provided in Section 15.

The Company reserves the right to impose account restrictions, deposit limits, or mandatory self-exclusion on any Player where there are reasonable grounds to believe that such measures are necessary to protect the Player's welfare.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Fachai88 brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, user interface components, game content, software, and promotional materials — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company;
• Use the Fachai88 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services shall not exceed the total Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory action;
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account login credentials;
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided on the Platform, including odds, game RTP figures, or promotional terms, except where such inaccuracy constitutes a deliberate misrepresentation by the Company.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players by one or more of the following means: a notification displayed upon next login to the Platform, or a notice sent to your registered email address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became effective. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operating licence. The Company operates under international licensing, and disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team as described in Section 15. The Company is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication in the first instance. Most account, payment, and bonus-related disputes are resolved within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
